Shipping
For pre-registrations/bookings, we will drop you an email when the device subscription under your booking is available for purchase. All orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) (excluding weekends and holidays) of the payment of the deposit and the subscription.
Delivery timelines, tracking details and continuous updates will be sent to your registered mail id.
If there is an unanticipated delay in shipment, we will contact you via your registered email and phone.
Shipping costs
We do not charge shipping fees.
Shipping cost up to INR 500 may be deducted/charged for processing the reverse logistics, at the time, one returns the device.
Status of your order.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking id after the order is shipped. You can use the tracking id to check the delivery status. It can take up to 36 hours for the tracking id to activate.
No questions asked refund – New user
If you are a new user/ subscriber, you can return our device within 7 days after receiving it and we will refund your deposit amount and the monthly subscription amount in flil to the account / payment method using which you made the payment.
To be eligible for a flil return, the device and the free peripherals (cables, adapters, keyboard and mouse) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, in working condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which will be in your email and inside the package you receive.

Return of device and subscription cancellation – Day 8 to 6 months
If you have been a user/subscriber for more than 7 days from the time of receiving the device, you can return our device and we will refund your deposit amount in flil to the account/payment method using which you made the payment.
To be eligible for a flil deposit return, the device and the peripherals (keyboard, cables, adapters, mouse etc.) must be in the condition like you received it – in working condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which will be on your email and inside the package you receive.

Return of device and subscription cancellation – 6 month and beyond
If you have been a user/ subscriber for more than 6 months from the time of receiving the device, you can return our device and we will refund your deposit amount in flil to the account/payment method using which you made the payment.
To be eligible for a flil deposit return, the device must be in the condition like you received it – in working condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which will be on your email and inside the package you received.

Return due to damages
If you are returning the device due to technical falits, damages or defects, please consider raising a service request to allow us to inspect and replace your device with a new one.
Replacement with a new device is applicable to the device itself “Praho” and to peripherals in the first 6 months. After 6 months, the replacement due to damage is applicable only to the device “Praho”

The accessories refund and warranties
The wireless keyboard, mouse are free offerings provided by us to our subscribers for an enhanced experience and to enable users to instantly access the computer and make flil use of it. The added accessories are not covered by a replacement guarantee.
Exceptions
We stand by our intent and commitment of ensuring that this is the last computer you’ll ever need. In line with this, we will continually upgrade your computer systems and experience, adding more features to your existing device from time to time and increasing your compute power and capability.
When you become our customer, your upgrades are all on us.
In this endeavour, we request you to kindly help us serve you to the best of our abilities and take care of the device to the best of your abilities. You praho device is well-built, robust, and can take the odd nudge and spill. Please ensure the device does not suffer from falls, severe breakages, and that it’s kept away from fire, water etc. This means treating the praho device like any other expensive electronic or automobile device that you spend a great deal on and have a limited warranty for.
In case of a replacement or a return request, we will not cut any amount from your deposit for damages to the outer body. We understand superficial wear and tear and odd scratches and marks. However, damaged internal machines and ports and connectors may lead to a minor deduction from the deposit amount. This is a rare occurrence, and we wolid like to keep it that way. A little care will go a long way in helping us stick to our commitment of complete honesty and a no questions asked, no conditions applied deposit return.
Refunds
We will notify you about the refund amount and refund transfer update once we’ve received and inspected your return. On approval, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
